We will walk along the axis that goes from concrete to the stage: an old factory converted into one of the first skate plazas in Europe, the birthplace of underground rap, breakdancing and graffiti; an architect-designed square that became a global skateboarding mecca; a historic artery of countercultural trade where punks, metalheads and goths bought imported vinyl before the internet. Along the way, live punk and metal, grunge with a hidden skate bowl, crust punk and one of the city's first monitored squares, and a finale dedicated to the history of the electric guitar.
Each stop brings its exact soundtrack and its own layer of history: workers' strikes, 1980s urban tribes, DIY self-management culture and the constant tension between underground memory and gentrification. At several points along the route we will stop to listen together, so bring your own headphones.

THE FACTORY THAT BECAME A TRACK
Former power station, the setting of a historic 1919 strike that secured the 8-hour working day. Converted in the late 90s into one of Europe's first skate plazas, and the birthplace of underground rap, breakdancing and graffiti with portable sound systems. A regular backdrop for music videos in today's urban scene.

At the age of 8, from his house balcony, Ander saw some skateboarders go past and something changed forever: his aunt gave him his first skateboard —a 'sancheski', as they are called in the Basque Country— and he never parted with it again. Growing up with the board under his feet opened up a universe where skateboarding and music were inseparable: magazines, VHS tapes with pros doing amazing tricks in impossible spots, and a soundtrack of Bad Religion, Metallica or Public Enemy shaped his personality at a decisive stage. From punk to rap, via the most classic metal, that sonic and visual cocktail defined a lifestyle he maintains to this day, where both cultural expressions continue to feed into each other to set the urban trend.
