Platform Access
Can I see the content without creating an account?
No. Accessing any content on Postal Sounds requires creating a free account. Without registering, it's not possible to explore the map or the routes.
Is it free to sign up?
Yes, creating a Postal Sounds account is completely free. With the free version, you get access to a selection of music spots on the map for each city.
What does the free version include?
The free version gives you access to approximately 20 music spots per city and one music route per city. It's a sample of the content available on the platform.
Premium Access
What does Premium access include?
With Premium you get full access to all the music spots on the map, all the online music routes available on the platform, and any new content we add each month.
How much does Premium access cost?
You can choose from three plans:
Curioso — €4 for 3 days
Explorador — €9 for 7 days
Melómano — €25 for 1 year
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. All Premium plans renew automatically at the end of their cycle (every 3 days, 7 days, or year, depending on the plan you chose). You can cancel anytime — cancelling doesn't remove access you've already paid for, it just stops the next charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It's simple:
Enter the email you used to purchase
You'll receive a link in your inbox to access your account
From there you can cancel or change your plan whenever you want
You don't need a password or to create any additional account — your email is enough.
How do I activate my Premium access after paying?
Access is activated automatically on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed — no extra code needed.
Music Routes
What are the sound itineraries?
They're themed urban journeys you can take at your own pace, whenever you want. Each route takes you through a musical theme — flamenco, rap, jazz, techno, rumba, and more — connecting places, stories, and genres across the city.
Who creates the routes?
The routes are curated by the Postal Sounds team and by locals who are passionate about music and know every musical corner of their city. We add new routes every month so you keep discovering.
Are the online routes included in Premium?
Yes. All online music routes are available with Premium access. The free version includes access to one route per city as a sample.
What are Live Routes?
Live Routes are experiences guided in person by Postal Sounders — locals who take you around the city to discover it firsthand. These routes are paid separately and have their own price per experience, regardless of whether you have Premium access or not.

Postal Sounds is currently available in Madrid and Barcelona. We add new cities every year.
