Can I view content without creating an account?

No. To access any Postal Sounds content, you need to create a free account. Without registration, it is not possible to explore the map or the routes.

Is it free to register?

Yes, creating an account on Postal Sounds is completely free. With the free version, you have access to a selection of music spots on each city's map.

What is included in the free version?

The free version gives you access to approximately 20 music spots per city and one music route per city. It is a sample of the content available on the platform.

Premium Access

What does Premium access include?

With Premium, you get full access to all music spots on the map, all online music routes available on the platform, and the new features we add every month.

How much does Premium access cost?

Premium access costs €40 per year. If you are among the first 500 users, you can access the special Founding Member price of €20 for the first year — an unrepeatable price that recognises those who trust in Postal Sounds from the very beginning.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

No. The Postal Sounds Premium subscription does not renew automatically. When your access period ends, you will need to log in to the platform again and make the payment manually if you wish to continue.

How do I activate my Premium access after paying?

Once payment is complete, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You will receive an access code in your email. You must copy that code and paste it into the corresponding section of Postal Sounds to activate your Premium access.

Music Routes

What are online music routes?

They are themed urban walks that you can do at your own pace and whenever you want. Each route takes you through a musical theme — flamenco, rap, jazz, techno, rumba, and much more — connecting places, stories, and genres in the city.

Who creates the routes?

The routes are curated by the Postal Sounds team and by music-loving locals who know every acoustic corner of their city. Every month we add new routes so you can keep discovering.

Are online routes included in Premium?

Yes. All online music routes are available in the Premium version. The free version includes access to one route per city as a sample.

What are Live Routes?

Live Routes are guided experiences led by Postal Sounders — locals who physically accompany you to discover the city. These routes are paid for separately and have their own price per experience, regardless of whether you have Premium access or not.

In which cities is Postal Sounds available?

Currently, Postal Sounds is available in Madrid and Barcelona. We are in beta and add new cities every year.
